This blend is our "Fines Herbes" mix, only better, it will ravish omelets, scrambeled or any type of eggs preparations, as well as potatoes from sateed to puree via baked.
Directions
For omelet:
Mix 2 tablespoons of the blend for 2 eggs then cook it as a regular omelet.
For potatoes:
Just sprinkle on top toward the end of cooking time.
